NDIS funded Support Coordinators help to build and NDIS participant's ability to 'connect with informal, community and funded supports, enabling you to get the most out of your plan and achieve your goals'. Additionally, Support Coordinators help participants to understand their plan and use it effectively. All with the aim of accessing the supports and services you need and to live more independently.
